What should I do if my moisturizer melts or freezes?
Our moisturizers are made without water, wax, preservatives, or stabilizers. If they melt in high temperatures, shake them well and freeze for 30 minutes. If frozen, leave them at room temperature overnight. For partial melting, warm them until melted, then follow the freezing instructions.
When do your products expire?
We recommend using our skincare products within 12 months of opening unless stated otherwise on the container.

Do your facial products contain coconut oil?
Most of our facial products are free from coconut oil. However, our Body Glows and Facial Bar do contain coconut oil, which gives the Facial Bar its fluffy lather. If you have a sensitivity, you may want to avoid these products.
